What is your favorite part of owning your own biz?
Grace: Letting creativity flow as much as I want to bring to life the vision of the company
Emi: The ability to create in the kitchen and share the unique drinks and pastries with everyone
Olivia: Being in charge of my own schedule and working with sisters
What is your favorite part of your role?
Grace (marketing + relations) : Connecting with people, creating a fun, memorable experience for the guests at events
Emi (kitchen director) : Making a menu with clean ingredients all from scratch and knowing I can enjoy a drink and pastry not filled with junk
Olivia (kitchen + operations) : Baking new pastries and getting people’s reactions
When you’re not working what’s your favorite hobby?
Grace: Photography + surfing
Emi: Shark diving + surfing
Olivia: Baking + reading the bible

What’s your productivity tip?
Grace: Close the computer or phone and grab paper and start writing out ideas to gather my thoughts, creates a clearer vision
Emi: Blast some music
Olivia: Fire up the espresso machine or make a matcha
Ideal day consists of. . .
Grace: sunrise surf, eat a vibrant + nourishing bowl, tan, read alongside a matcha, hang with my people, catch a sunset
Emi: exploring a new town, hiking, grab a coffee and brekkie burrito, surf, snorkel, shelling, catch a beautiful sunset
Olivia: morning read, walk the beach, eat a tropical fruit yogurt parfait, surf, tan, snorkel, matcha, catch sunset
What travel has inspired you most for this biz + why?
Grace: Santa Teresa, CR because of this restaurant marketplace in the town where they created more than a place to eat and drink but it felt like a community where strangers were family bonded over fresh organic foods, drinks, and the tropical surf town culture. This inspires me because it blends all the vibes I love and helps show the importance of community and creativity, which are our brand’s values.
Emi: Santa Teresa, CR because of the way they built their town’s shops, cafes, restaurants throughout nature and incorporated the surf culture into the scene at every spot
Olivia: Santa Teresa, CR because of the vibrant and colorful lifestyle inspired by fresh foods and the sea
